In April, CommUnity Yoga is honored to support the Immigrant Defense Fund at Centro Hispano. Come join our gentle, donation- based flow, share a warm beverage and some movement, and learn more about how Centro's Immigrant Defense Fund helps our neighbors across WI navigate challenges.

Find Your Flow with CommUnity Yoga!
CommUnity Yoga is a monthly event designed to bring our hearts, minds, and bodies together in support of the critical work being done by local organizations that make Dane County a better place to be.
In April, we support Centro Hispano's Immigrant Defense Fund! The IMMIGRANT DEFENSE FUND is a financial resource established at Centro, to assist individuals statewide facing immigration-related challenges, particularly those who cannot afford immigration-related legal representation, and provides emergency wrap-around family support for financial needs (food, clothing, utilities, housing) that may arise unexpectedly in that process.
The word "Yoga" comes from "yuj," which means to yolk or to unify. Together, we can lift our community.
